7 days in Split
Personally escorted by Lori Curtis | June 4-10, 2028
Unpack once. Discover something wonderful every day.
Imagine a morning wandering ancient stone streets, an afternoon discovering cascading waterfalls, and an evening lingering over dinner as you compare stories with new friends. Welcome to Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast—and a week with time to enjoy it.
Join Lori Curtis of The Joy of Travel for seven days of history, local flavors, and coastal discovery. With Split as our home base for all six nights, you can settle in and spend your time exploring instead of repacking your suitcase. Now that’s a vacation benefit we can all appreciate!
Ancient streets, Croatian wines, and wonderful waterfalls
In Split, follow a local guide through the remarkable Old Town and the historic complex of Diocletian’s Palace, where Roman history is woven into everyday life. Then visit the lively Green Market for a taste of the region’s specialties.
Explore Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage town filled with medieval lanes, beautiful buildings, and stories waiting around every corner. A tasting at a local winery introduces you to Croatian wines—and perhaps a new favorite.
At Krka National Park, trade the city’s stone streets for lush scenery and cascading waterfalls on a guided walk through one of Croatia’s natural treasures.
Freedom to make the week your own
Alongside our included discoveries, you’ll have free time to follow your curiosity. Browse little shops, explore more of Split, or find a waterfront café and stay for a second cup. You don’t have to fill every minute to make every day memorable.
With Lori personally escorting the group, you’ll also have a familiar face along for the journey and companions to share those “did you see that?” moments. Come with a friend, bring your partner, or join us on your own.
