Are you a good candidate for group travel?

After 18 years in this industry The Joy of Travel has really made a name for itself in group travel.  All of my agents are now hosting their own private groups, and we are all having success at filling those to capacity, usually more than a year in advance of the departure date.

Want to know why it’s working?  Because hundreds of our customers have experienced for themselves just how much fun it is to travel with a group.

I know you’re reading this thinking “I don’t really like to be around a lot of people” or “I want to do what I want to do and when I want to do it”.

I get it.  I really do.

I’m not much on crowds, myself.  But there’s something about the synergy created when a group of like minded people  have an experience together that amazes them.  It somehow becomes even more amazing.

Same thing for the fun factor.  If it’s fun for you, multiply that times 30 and the fun is elevated to an entirely different level.  What was a chuckle easily becomes a belly laugh.

Worried about too much structure?  Our tours always include plenty of “on your own” time so you can get away and do your own thing.

We hit the highlights of any destination, we add in some unique or off the beaten path experiences, and then we factor in enough time for you to enjoy a nice stroll, have lunch at a sidewalk café, spend a few hours in a museum that might not be of interest to everyone else.  For me, I can’t pass up a good Cheese Museum (Amsterdam).

I wish I had a dollar for every group customer who gave it a try, hesitantly, and then came to me saying “I never knew how much I would love traveling with a group.  This has been the best trip of my life”.  Honestly, our groups are a huge hit.  If I could ask you to give anything a shot, I’d ask you to join one of our groups.  I am quite sure you’ll be glad you did.
